About

I am a presence practitioner, meditation guide, NLP Practitioner, Reiki Master and Tony Robbins Certified Strategic Intervention Life Coach. I have had the joy of having spiritual mentors from a young age, and always felt the presence of a greater sense of being. This has given me the ability to hold presence in even very intense situations, allowing for alternate perspectives and solutions.

While I generally stay clear of these labels, I have been called clairsentient, a psychic, intuitive healer and a channel. I do enjoy what is called channelling, but it is only a part of the work I enjoy with clients. I have found it important to balance mystical experiences with ‘rubber hits the road’ practicality. We are ‘here’ after all, experiencing for the most part our 3 and 4 dimensional selves. And what a gift it is to be here. 

I love to study. I study not only spiritual writings and texts, but business books, biographies, types of therapy and healing. For me, it is the ultimate ‘pattern interrupt’ (see my blog section) and fills my needs for variety, growth, significance, and contribution powerfully. But also, I believe in the law of requisite flexibility. What this law states in easy terms is that the more resources you have at your disposal, the more perspectives, practices and options, the more successful you can be in the moment. My mission is to be in service of humanity, not only healing, but creating from a powerful place of conscious evolution. NLP, Hypnosis, Strategic Intervention Coaching, Breath Work, Meditation, Trauma, Presence, Law of Attraction, Somatic based Sessions… are all part of the flexibility I bring to clients looking for permanent transformation. 

I am also a married father of 2 boys (10 and 13) which is super fun as I grew up with my mom and have 4 sisters! I am a amateur improv musician. I practice yoga, tai-chi, tantric sex, and I love to road cycle and eat keto. I was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes as a child and immediately (perhaps influenced by Star Wars) knew I could ‘Jedi’ my way out. I’ll let you know when I’ve succeeded 😉 

With decades running an award-winning resort in the Candian Rockies with 6 departments and hundreds of staff, I bring to my coaching practice a great deal of ‘real world’ business experience, from 10’s of millions in sales, negotiating complex contracts and legal issues, to marketing, hiring, training and mentoring hundreds. 

The combination of spiritual practices implemented in ‘real life’, breakthrough coaching strategies and C-suite business experience puts me in a unique place not only to help individuals who are feeling stuck, frustrated or even helpless, but also to help business owners and entrepreneurs implement powerful tools to better manage the key areas of life while enhancing their spiritual awareness and awakening.

This is not work for the half hearted. We go deep, and we can go as fast or as slow as is perfect for you. I offer specific business related coaching sessions, one-off deep dive intuitive readings, as well as 2 to 6 month life coaching packages and online live and recorded virtual trainings.
