As a certified life coach the tools I have are powerful, as I learned and continue to learn and refine from the best. Some of these tools will become part of your practice in how you approach your life.
But intellectual knowing, reasoning and ‘getting it’ isn’t enough. We need to ‘feel it in our bones’, to have experiences that take us to new levels of consciousness. To go from stuck to liberation requires this feeling- knowing.
Meditations, guided visualizations, Reiki energy sessions, NLP sessions and sometimes channelling can be part of our time together. Spiritual expansion fosters emotional well being and mental clarity. We will practice presence and bringing awareness to things. What some of my clients call ‘mystical’ experiences are always grounded into current life, so you experience the reality of your consciousness shift, and see results in your life.
